Balance Pad Airex
De Airex Balance pad Elite is een actief therapie en trainingshulpmiddel dat is gemaakt van het bekende zachte Airex schuim.
De ca. 6 cm dikke Airex Balance pad Elite is aan de onder- en bovenzijde voorzien van een noppenstructuur dat een extra prikkeling geeft bij oefeningen op blote voeten.
Tevens zorgt deze structuur ervoor dat de Airex Balance pad Elite niet wegschuift tijdens de oefeningen.
Het lichaam zal tijdens de oefeningen continu worden geprikkeld balans en/of evenwicht te zoeken waardoor meerdere en dieper liggende spieren worden gebruikt en daardoor getraind.
Het trainen op de Airex Balance pad Elite verbeterd kracht, coördinatie en het uithoudingsvermogen.
